How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your personal data from our systems, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to info@visionstudio.co.il
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3. Include your full name and the email address associated with your account
4. Specify whether you want a full deletion of all data or specific data only
What Happens Next
– We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
– Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
– You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
What Data Will Be Deleted
– Account information (name, email, phone number)
– Transaction and booking history
– Usage data and analytics associated with your account
– Any content you submitted through our website
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we are required by law to retain certain information, including:
– Financial transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
– Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
– Data necessary for fraud prevention
Facebook / Meta Data
If you connected to our services through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app access from your Facebook Settings:
1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find our app and click Remove
3. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data
